DELIVERY CONDITIONS:
PC software and games are delivered immediately after purchase. Most console games are either available immediately or delivered shortly after purchase. However, for rare or highly popular products, delivery time may extend to several hours or, in extremely rare cases, a few days. All products are digital and provided online through the customer panel on keysforgames.ca after payment is received. No physical shipping is carried out via mail.
WARRANTY:
We offer a 6-MONTH warranty on our PSN, Nintendo, and Xbox games. This does not mean that your game will stop working after 6 months – most games work indefinitely if set up correctly. Should any issues arise within the first 180 days, we will provide a replacement game free of charge. All our software keys come with a lifetime warranty, meaning we will replace them free of charge if any issues occur.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS:
Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. However, due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable and usable after delivery), all purchases made on our websites or mobile apps are final. Purchased products are non-refundable and subject to a strict no-refund policy. In exceptional cases, management reserves the sole right to refund the purchase amount or replace it with products or services of equal or higher value.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR PSN:
PSN games must be activated within 24 hours of receiving the product. Ensure your console is ready for setup when you receive the game. All claims and issues with the game must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. For PSN, additional downloadable content for certain games may not function properly depending on the region of your account. This often applies to microtransactions, skins, and cosmetics, while story packs, map packs, and similar content typically work without issues.
